ToolBizz provides a suite of online business tools including invoice generators, financial calculators, and business forms. The service is provided on a Free tier (with usage limits) and a Pro tier (with unlimited access via a one-time payment).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Pro Membership & Payments

• Pro membership is a one-time payment that grants lifetime unlimited access to all tools.
• All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their terms.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.
• Pro access is tied to the account used at time of purchase and is non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include attempting to circumvent usage limits, automated scraping, reverse engineering the service, or using the tools for any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

ToolBizz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Financial calculations provided by our tools are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the service at any time. We will aim to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
