When you create an account, we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Your email address (from Google Sign-In or email registration)
• Your display name and profile picture (from Google Sign-In, if you choose to use it)
• Your account status (Free or Pro)
• Usage counts for tools (invoices generated, calculations made, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Create and manage your ToolBizz account
• Track your usage limits on the Free tier
• Verify your Pro membership after a purchase
• Send transactional emails related to your account (no marketing spam)

3. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, and profile photo). We do not store your Google password. We only use your Google account to authenticate your identity.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is securely stored using Google Firebase Firestore. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate the service (e.g., Lemon Squeezy for payment processing).

5. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Please review Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

6. Cookies

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to cache your authentication state to improve app performance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
